Telecaller / Customer Care Executive
to join our Mumbai team. You will
connect with potential clients, support the sales team, and maintain accurate lead records
.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company services.
Handle inbound calls and address client queries professionally.
Explain company offerings clearly and persuasively.
Maintain
accurate records of calls, leads, and client information in Excel or CRM tools
.
Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets.
Support the business development team in client acquisition and reporting.
Requirements
Graduate / HSC with proven
experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales
.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
(regional languages a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic Excel and computer skills
for data entry and lead tracking.
Prior experience in
events/exhibitions/marketing industry
is an advantage.
