Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students via
calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings
Counsel students on
clinical research, life science, and technical training programs
Understand student needs and recommend appropriate courses
Generate and follow up on
leads provided by the company
Maintain accurate records in
CRM systems
Achieve
monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Build strong relationships with students and parents
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth enrollments
Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and career guidance sessions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational background in
Life Sciences or Technical fields
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in
sales, counseling, and business development
Ability to explain
technical or scientific concepts
in a simple manner
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM preferred)
