Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced B

nside Sales

with hands-on exposure to school expansion, school acquisition, and partnership development. The role involves outbound calling to schools, education stakeholders, and key decision-makers to generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and support business growth initiatives within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to schools, educational institutions, trustees, principals, and management teams Identify and qualify opportunities related to: School expansion School acquisition Academic or operational partnerships Clearly and persuasively explain the organization's value proposition Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the Business Development or Leadership team Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up notes in CRM or tracking sheets Build and nurture relationships with key school decision-makers Handle objections professionally and convert conversations into leads Stay updated on education industry trends and school market dynamics Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets

Required Skills & Experience



Proven experience as a Tele Caller / TeleSales / Business Development Caller Hands-on experience in school expansion, acquisition, or education partnerships Strong communication and persuasion skills
(English mandatory; Kannada, Hindi, Telugu preferred)

Confidence in speaking with senior school authorities Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up management Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, or Google Sheets Target-driven mindset with good negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications



Background in Education, EdTech, School Consultancy, or Institutional Sales Prior experience dealing with State Board / CBSE schools Ability to understand business models related to school growth and collaborations
