Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an

Inside Sales Executive

located in our

Kochi office

. You will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs and guiding them towards the appropriate solar solutions.

Sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling, managing a sales pipeline, following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers Developing in-depth knowledge of Kraftwork's product features and benefits. Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications. Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers Closing the sale Maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.

Qualifications

Educational requirement: Diploma or Graduation in any discipline Proficiency in MS Office applications, Google Docs and CRM software. Proven sales experience Excellent communication, negotiation and consultative sales skills. Self-motivated, Go-getter Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
