Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to engage with inbound and outbound leads, understand customer requirements, and convert prospects into successful sales. The role involves regular follow-ups, relationship building, and achieving monthly revenue targets through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound and outbound leads

through calls, WhatsApp, and emails Understand customer needs and

pitch products/services effectively

Perform

follow-ups

to convert leads into sales Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in

CRM

Achieve

daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth conversions Address customer queries and provide post-sales support when required Participate in sales reviews, training, and performance meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduation or equivalent qualification 0-3 years of experience in

inside sales / telecalling / customer acquisition

Excellent

communication and persuasion skills

Ability to work under targets and pressure Familiarity with

CRM tools

, MS Excel, and Google Sheets Strong follow-up and negotiation skills Positive attitude with a growth mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in

EdTech, training institutes, IT services, or B2C sales

Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and closure cycles Result-oriented and self-motivated
