Role Overview



The Inbound Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for all incoming customer inquiries through WhatsApp, website forms, social media, calls, and walk-ins. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable hardware configurations, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth conversion with proper CRM updates.

Required Skills & Competencies



₹ 1-3 years of inbound/inside sales experience (preferably in IT hardware/electronics).

₹ Strong communication in English & Malayalam.

₹ Basic understanding of computer hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, etc.).

₹ Good follow-up discipline, documentation skills, and multitasking ability.

₹ Familiarity with CRM tools and quotation management.

₹ Target-driven with strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
