Role Overview
The Inbound Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for all incoming customer inquiries through WhatsApp, website forms, social media, calls, and walk-ins. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable hardware configurations, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth conversion with proper CRM updates.
Required Skills & Competencies
₹ 1-3 years of inbound/inside sales experience (preferably in IT hardware/electronics).
