We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers. Candidates with experience in IT, SaaS, Cyber Security, or product-based industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/solutions.
Schedule meetings, demos, and coordinate with the field sales team.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status in CRM.
Follow up with prospects to drive closures and achieve monthly targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic documentation.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to understand product features and explain them clearly.
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, or B2B sales preferred.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Target-driven, confident, and proactive.
