Job brief

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executiveto contribute and support our lead qualification and management process. You will be responsible for qualifying the leads over the phone by gathering their business information.

We are looking for an excellent communicator (English, Hindi and Malayalam) and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with product queries.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

Contact the generated leads to inform them about a product or service using scripts Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand customer requirements and qualify the leads Direct prospects to the field sales team or enterprise team when needed Enter and update customer information in the CRM Take and process orders in an accurate manner Handle the dropped leads through email automation and WhatsApp chat flow Go the "extra mile" to qualify the leads and facilitate future sales Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role Proven track record of successfully qualifying the leads preferably over the phone Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi and Malayalam Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
