Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain IT services & solutions.
Generate new leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Perform regular follow-up calls to maintain strong customer engagement.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product/service details.
Maintain call logs, CRM updates, and daily activity reports.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
2-3 years of experience as a Tele Caller or Inside Sales Executive in an IT service or IT solutions
company.
Strong communication, listening, and customer handling skills.
Ability to understand and explain IT services such as:
- Cyber Security solutions (firewalls, endpoint security, email security, MDM, etc.)
- Cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS)
- IT Hardware solutions (laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices)
Knowledge in the above areas will be considered a strong value-added advantage.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proactive, target oriented, and self-motivated.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer operations.
Education:
Any degree with strong communication and sales aptitude.
