Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, or online platforms to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Explain product or service features and benefits to clients effectively.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and sales activities.
Follow up with warm leads and existing customers to upsell or cross-sell products.
Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams for lead handover and pipeline management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in telesales / inside sales / B2B sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation and target-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in EdTech, IT services, or recruitment sales is a plus.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
