Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Intern, you will support our sales and marketing efforts by conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, and executing outreach campaigns. You'll gain hands-on experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, working closely with sales leaders, marketing, and product teams to drive customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Lead Generation
Identify and profile prospective travel-tech clients (travel agencies, corporates, tour operators)
Build and maintain a targeted lead list in our CRM
Outbound Outreach
Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with decision-makers
Draft and send personalized emails and follow-ups
Make discovery calls to gauge interest and qualify leads
CRM & Pipeline Management
Log all interactions, update lead statuses, and track pipeline health in the CRM
Generate weekly reports on outreach metrics and lead progression
Collateral Development
Collaborate with the management and marketing teams to create pitch decks, one-pagers, and email templates
Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and value propositions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work alongside product and customer-success teams to stay informed on feature updates and client feedback
Provide market insights to inform product roadmap and messaging
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or currently pursuing one
Language Skills:
Fluent in Hindi and English (written and verbal)
Technical Skills:
Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent tools.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with an ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced startup environment.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a data-driven mindset
Nice to Have:
Previous internship or project experience in travel-tech, hospitality, or SaaS sales.
Basic understanding of API-driven solutions and B2B software models
