Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented

Inside Sales Executive

with a background in business administration to join our inside sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective customers, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services. Handle queries and provide accurate information to build customer trust. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion rates. Maintain records of calls and sales and update CRM regularly. Coordinate with field sales or account management teams when needed. Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve processes.

Key Requirements:

BBA in Marketing, Sales, or related discipline. 0-2 years of experience in tele sales, customer service, or inside sales. Strong communication and persuasive skills. Good listening and problem-solving ability. Basic understanding of sales and CRM tools. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Fluent in languages relevant to the region, e.g., English, Hindi, Tamil etc.]..

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in a call center or telemarketing environment. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Knowledge of industry-related products/services is a plus.
