Role and Responsibilities


Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk ins, emails, and digital platforms
Counsel parents and students regarding school curriculum, facilities, and admission process
Follow up on leads and ensure conversion to admissions
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and admissions in CRM or ERP
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admission campaigns
Achieve monthly and annual admission targets

Desired Skills and Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and counselling abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM systems
Experience in school admissions, inside sales, or education counselling preferred
Customer focused, target driven, and well organized
