Key Responsibilities



Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and parents based on provided leads Counsel students on academic programs, eligibility, admission process, and fee structure Follow up on enquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM tools Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead conversion strategies Schedule campus visits, online counselling sessions, and admission interviews Address queries, objections, and concerns professionally and promptly Prepare daily call reports and lead conversion status Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through ethical sales practices

Eligibility & Skills



Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) 0-2 years of inside sales or admissions experience in the education sector Strong communication and counselling skills Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and ERP systems Fluency in English and at least one regional language

6 days a week

Compensation



As per institutional norms (Fixed + Performance Incentives)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
