? As an Inside Sales Executive at Thought Frameworks, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and growth. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, managing customer relationships, and supporting our sales initiatives. Additionally, you will leverage your skills in email marketing, content writing, and Fresh Sales to maximize our outreach and engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, networking, and utilizing various lead generation tools and techniques.
? Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communications to engage with prospects, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team.
? Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the CRM system (Fresh Sales) with accurate and timely information about leads, prospects, and customers.
? Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and engage with prospects and customers.
? Content Writing: Create compelling content for emails, newsletters, sales collateral, and other marketing materials to support sales initiatives.
? Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales documents. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
? Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
? Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the sales manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
? Experience: Minimum 0-1 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the software or IT services industry.
? Email Marketing: Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
? Content Writing: Strong writing skills with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content for various marketing and sales materials.
? CRM Experience: Proficiency in using Fresh Sales or similar CRM systems for managing leads, contacts, and sales activities.
? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects and customers.
? Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices. Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
? Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various sales and marketing tools, software, and technologies.
? Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
