Inside Sales Executive



We are looking for a highly motivated Jr. growth specialist to drive sales through outbound calling, lead qualification, and customer follow-ups. Your role will directly contribute to revenue growth by identifying potential customers, pitching our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and contact potential customers through outbound calling. Present product features, benefits, and pricing in a strong, persuasive manner. Qualify leads based on customer interest and buying potential.

Sales Conversion

Understand customer needs and recommend the right product/service. Handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively. Follow up with warm leads to close sales. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Provide accurate information and guidance during the sales process. Maintain a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and sales confidence.

Reporting & Documentation

Update CRM with lead status, call logs, and sales progress. Share customer insights and market feedback with the sales team. Ensure all communication is professional and aligned with company standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
