We are looking for young, talented and dynamic individuals with strong communication and email-writing skills to drive lead generation and support business growth. The role involves active telecalling, follow-ups and maintaining a positive relationship with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
Explain product/service offerings clearly and convincingly.
Maintain a structured database of leads and follow-up activities.
Draft professional emails for client communication and lead nurturing.
Understand customer requirements and share relevant information to convert leads.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures and pipeline updates.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good command over professional email writing.
Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented.
Ability to handle objections and engage customers effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email tools).
Telecalling experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
