We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Executive
to support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate sales records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good organizational ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information
Coordinate with the sales team and follow up on leads
Maintain and update customer data
Process sales orders and track order status till delivery
Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and production teams for smooth execution
Follow up for payments and documentation
Assist in preparing reports on sales performance, pipelines, and targets
Support sales campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely response
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and CRM tools
Basic understanding of sales process & documentation
Time management and multitasking skills
Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer support
Experience in B2B environment is an added advantage
Familiarity with order processing and invoicing systems
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
