Key Responsibilities
? Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
? Convert leads into sales by explaining Switchkart's services and offerings.
? Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and customer details.
? Build long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups.
? Work with the marketing and operations teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
? Provide timely feedback on customer trends, objections, and market needs.
? Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with the management team.
Skills Required:
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in any stream
Experience:
0-2 years in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Relationship Management (freshers may also apply).
Languages:
Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
