Key Responsibilities:? Customer Engagement: Connect with potential customers through various channels,including phone calls, emails, and social media, to understand their educational needsand preferences.? Product Demonstrations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations to showcase thebenefits and features of our educational solutions.? Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.? CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities andcustomer interactions in the CRM system.? Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product andmarketing teams to help improve our offerings.
Skills/Qualifications:? 1 - 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the Edtech or consumertechnology sector.? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and establish trustwith individual customers.? Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.? Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
