Are you an energetic and detail-oriented Inside Sales professional looking to grow your career in the

? Ssquad is seeking a driven candidate to support our sales processes, coordinate across teams, and ensure seamless client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations, follow up on client queries, and schedule meetings. Research and identify potential leads through online sources and business directories. Manage lead lists and coordinate with the business development team. Maintain a well-structured filing system for sales and admin documentation. Coordinate with various departments for costing, budgeting, and proposal creation. Provide administrative support to management and executives. Perform accurate data entry of sales metrics and key information. Create and process sales orders efficiently. Report unusual activities to supervisors. Handle urgent order requests and update shipping/service information as needed.

Skills Required

Strong proficiency in

MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills in English and local languages Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable interacting with diverse personalities Flexibility to work with clients across different time zones

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Strong understanding of sales processes and administrative support functions.
