Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving new business through proactive outreach, nurturing inbound leads, converting prospects, and building long?term relationships. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, operations and logistics teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. This role is key to scaling our sales operations and achieving ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads (website enquiries, callback requests, chat/WhatsApp leads) and qualify them to understand needs, budget and timing.
Proactively reach out to warm and cold leads (tele?calls, emails, WhatsApp, chat) to present Edify.Club's product range and value proposition.
Conduct product demonstrations/discussions (via phone or video call) explaining benefits of refurbished devices, warranty, return policy, etc.
Maintain and update CRM records (opportunities, lead status, communications, next actions).
Work to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets (volume, revenue, conversion rate).
Collaborate with operations, logistics and customer?support teams to ensure orders are fulfilled, shipped and any issues resolved quickly.
Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality, market trends, objections and competitor activity.
Assist in defining sales processes and optimising scripts, outreach cadences, and follow?up workflows.
Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat sales, upsells and referrals.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, commerce, engineering or related field).
2?4 years of inside sales / telesales / business development experience (preferably in e?commerce, consumer electronics, IT hardware or related domain).
Proven ability to meet/exceed sales/target metrics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,255.70 per month
