We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Inside Sales Executive
to join our team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, handling B2B and export customer inquiries, coordinating with distributors and partners, and supporting the business development team to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound inquiries
from domestic and international customers and convert them into sales.
Conduct
outbound calls
to distributors, retailers, and prospects to generate leads and follow up on opportunities.
Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and operations teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-up.
Maintain and update the
CRM database
with lead details, sales pipeline, and customer interactions.
Support the
export sales team
with quotations, documentation, and customer communication.
Prepare and share daily and weekly sales reports with management.
Build strong relationships with customers through timely responses and consistent service.
Understand product features and communicate value propositions effectively.
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns or online B2B sales drives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service
(preferably in FMCG, exports, or e-commerce).
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and email communication.
High sense of ownership, customer orientation, and multitasking ability.
