Responsibilities
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, promoting our products and services effectively.
Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, update client information, and monitor sales activities.
Identify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and industry insights.
Prepare customised proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, adapting messaging to suit diverse audiences.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles, preferably within a similar industry.
Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM software for managing sales pipelines.
Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections professionally.
