We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive
Inside Sales Executives
who can engage potential customers, promote the Malgopay app, and drive conversions to our Premium Subscription Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential users to introduce and promote the
Malgopay app
.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and the
Premium Subscription Plan (?699 per annum)
.
Encourage app downloads and convert leads into paid subscribers.
Achieve daily and weekly sales targets (minimum 20 successful conversions per day).
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve conversion strategies.
Deliver a positive user experience and represent the brand with professionalism.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in
Kannada
(English or Hindi is an added advantage).
Confident, persuasive, and sales-driven personality.
Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Must be comfortable working
from the office (Monday to Saturday)

Prior experience in
telesales, inside sales, or customer service
will be an added advantage.
