Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing sales inquiries via email, chat, and calls.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable website development solutions.
Prepare and share detailed proposals, quotations, and service packages.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and customer data.
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Coordinate with the technical team to create tailored solutions for clients.
Assist in drafting contracts, agreements, and onboarding documentation.
Generate regular sales reports and updates for the management team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales support, backend sales, or pre-sales (preferably in ed-tech sales).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic understanding of web technologies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
