Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Inside Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and promoting our real estate projects. You will play a vital role in driving sales growth and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and close deals.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate project recommendations.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to convert inquiries into site visits.
Maintain a strong database of potential clients and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with the field sales team for client visits and meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on project details, pricing, and offers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0.6-2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or real estate sales (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under targets and pressure with a positive attitude.
