We are looking for a driven and articulate Inside Sales Executive with a strong background in cold calling to generate qualified leads and create new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients across target geographies to introduce Testhouse's QA and testing solutions.
Qualify prospects based on business needs, decision-making authority, and potential fit.
Maintain a high volume of outbound calls and emails to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Schedule discovery or introductory meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and personalize outreach efforts.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
Represent Testhouse professionally in all communications, ensuring clarity and confidence in delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling / inside sales / lead generation roles (preferably in IT services or B2B sales).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - a must.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proven experience handling objections and converting initial outreach into meaningful conversations.
Basic understanding of software services or technology solutions is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow into a sales role.
