Key Responsibilities:
Educate walk-in clients and patients on available
membership plans
, their benefits, and value.
Convert inquiries into
membership enrollments
through personalized consultation and persuasive selling.
Follow up with potential clients to close sales and maintain a high conversion rate.
Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable membership package.
Keep detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and sales using CRM or clinic software.
Achieve or exceed monthly
sales targets and KPIs
.
Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure a seamless post-sale onboarding experience.
Stay updated on all service offerings, membership terms, and promotional offers.
Gather client feedback and help improve membership offerings based on client insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in front-line sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or diagnostics.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
Confident, target-driven, and proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of billing or CRM systems is a plus.
