We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Inside Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue goals through proactive communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and online research.
Reach out to prospective customers and present company products/services effectively.
Generate appointments and demos for the field sales or business development team.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads and opportunities.
Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Work closely with marketing to support lead generation campaigns.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Build long-term relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Lead Generation (B2B or B2C).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in [Industry - e.g., IT Services / SaaS / HRTech / Manufacturing, etc.].
Prior experience in outbound sales campaigns.
Understanding of the sales pipeline and funnel metrics.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
