Job Description

Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and lists. Deliver engaging and persuasive sales pitches to promote our products/services. Build rapport with potential customers and actively listen to understand their needs and preferences. Effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices. Meet or exceed individual and team-based sales quotas and targets. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the buying process. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey. Continuously improve your sales skills through training and self-driven learning
