The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching out to leads, understanding client requirements, and promoting company products or services to achieve sales targets. This role involves strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to convert leads into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Follow up on leads to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer information.
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve sales strategies.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
Goal-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (freshers may also apply).
