We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru (Indiranagar). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversions--primarily over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through inbound leads.
Present product/service offerings to prospects and explain the value proposition effectively.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2C Telesales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
