This role involves working closely with prospects and customers over phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
Understand customer needs, requirements, and business challenges to present appropriate solutions.
Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, product demos, and presentations.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects in CRM and ensure accurate forecasting.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, conversions, and revenue contribution.
Follow up with warm leads, nurture relationships, and ensure timely closure.
Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and provide market feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS, IT, or B2B sales).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
