As a Inside Sales Executive, you will interact directly with leads or customers over the phone. Your primary focus will be to promote products/services, generate appointments or leads, or assist with customer queries, depending on the campaign or department you support.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.
Answer inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
Clearly explain the company's products or services and address objections.
Maintain call logs, records, and client databases using CRM or spreadsheets.
Follow up on leads through phone, email, or WhatsApp until conversion or closure.
Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team, when applicable.
Meet daily and weekly call targets, conversion goals, or response time KPIs.
Provide accurate information and escalate complex queries when needed.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing or related field.
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Strong communication skills in English, Kannada & Hindi
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-volume call environment.
Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems or spreadsheets.
High level of patience, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
Experience in B2B calling.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or Excel tracking.
Background in industries like software development & digital marketing
