Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in CRM (e.g.,
Salesforce, HubSpot).
Client Engagement: Conduct presentations and solution demos.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, pre-sales and delivery teams to align offerings with
client needs.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging QA
technologies.
Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly pipeline targets to achieve sales quotas and
contribute to business growth.
Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
2+ years in IT Services Sales, preferably in Testing/QA services.
Strong understanding of Software Testing (AI-QE/Automation/Performance/DevOps
QA).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Good to Have:
Knowledge of AI/ML in Testing, Test Automation tools (Selenium, JIRA, etc.).
