with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering to support our sales team. The role involves handling inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, and providing technical support to convert leads into orders.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and online channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.
Coordinate with the production and field sales teams for timely order execution.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules.
Support sales engineers in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Provide technical assistance to customers regarding products and applications.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of mechanical/industrial products.
Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to customers.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of experience in
inside sales / customer support / technical sales
(preferably in manufacturing or automation industry).
