home moving vertical digitizing and simplifying household relocations across the GCC region. As part of TruKKer, MENAs largest digital freight network, we bring the same precision, speed, and tech DNA to the home relocation experience.

We are looking for high-energy sales professionals based in India COE to engage, convert, and support B2C clients in the GCC looking to move homes locally or internationally.

Role Overview



As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling qualified inbound leads and converting them into successful bookings. The role requires strong communication skills, sales discipline, and the ability to empathize with relocating customers, pitch the right solution, and close efficiently.

You will work six days a week from the office and collaborate remotely with the GCC-based ops and pricing teams.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Conversion & Sales



Engage with hot/warm inbound leads (phone/WhatsApp/web forms) across GCC.

Understand customer requirements type of move, location, timing, inventory, budget.

Educate customers about LogiSty offerings and recommend optimal moving packages.

Share quotations (in coordination with pricing team) and follow up consistently to close deals.

Client Communication



Maintain professional, prompt, and persuasive communication at all times.

Handle objections, reassure clients, and adapt your pitch to suit each customer profile.

Manage post-sale coordination with local ops/coordination teams to ensure smooth transitions.

Sales Reporting & Tools



Log all calls, quotes, and outcomes in CRM (Freshdesk, Zoho, etc.) in real-time.

Share insights from customer conversations to help improve pricing, packages, or service delivery.

Meet and exceed daily/weekly conversion targets.

Process Discipline



Follow structured sales scripts, follow-up sequences, and rebuttal playbooks.

Coordinate with pricing, operations, and customer service to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.

Continuously improve pitch, sales hygiene, and client handling.

Qualifications & Requirements



Education



Bachelors degree in any stream (Business/Commerce/Travel/Communication preferred)

Experience



2to4 years in telesales/inside sales (preferably B2C: real estate, relocation, insurance, travel, edtech, etc.)

Experience selling to GCC clients or in outbound international markets is a plus.

Skills & Competencies



Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Persuasive, empathetic, and patient while dealing with diverse customers

Strong negotiation, objection handling, and deal-closing abilities

Familiarity with CRMs, dialers, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets

Comfortable working under pressure with daily/weekly KPIs
