Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.

Subscription Sales:
Pitch and sell Organic Mandya's subscription plans to individuals and businesses.

Corporate Sales:
Engage with corporate clients, present proposals, and close deals for bulk or recurring orders.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.

Follow-ups & Negotiation:
Persuade potential customers, handle objections, and close sales effectively.

CRM & Reporting:
Maintain and update sales records, track leads, and provide reports on performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
1-3 years
in inside sales, subscription sales, or corporate sales.

Excellent Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.

Sales Skills:
Ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals efficiently.

Customer Focused:

Tech-Savvy:
