We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team in the construction industry. This role is completely office-based and involves telephonic interaction with clients, understanding their requirements, and scheduling meetings with technical experts. There is no fieldwork involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to potential and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings for clients with technical experts to discuss their project needs.
- Clearly explain the company's services and processes over the phone.
- Maintain basic records of client interactions, follow-ups, and meeting schedules (Excel sheet).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to calls, meetings, and conversions.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in inside sales or telecalling (construction/real estate background preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email, etc.).
- Organised, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
