Company: Bigbee Experience Management Pvt Ltd Location: Bangalore (On-site) About Us: Bigbee Experience is a leading corporate events and experiential marketing agency. We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to support lead qualification, email/LinkedIn outreach, and appointment setting for our BD team. Key Responsibilities: o o Qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, LinkedIn, and email o o Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions/events/services o o Fix meetings for the BD/servicing team with decision-makers o o Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead details and touchpoints o o Follow up on dormant leads and nurture interest with email/WhatsApp campaigns o o Coordinate internally with marketing, creative, and BD for proposals o o Support in lead research, database enrichment, and response tracking Key Skills Required: o o Strong spoken and written communication (English + regional preferred) o o Confidence in B2B conversations and objection handling o o Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, email follow-up o o Time management and ability to work on monthly lead targets o o Proficiency in Excel, email, and lead tracking sheets Experience & Qualification: o 1-3 years in inside sales, tele-calling, or lead generation (B2B preferred) o Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Mass Comm, or Business preferred) o Experience in events/media/marketing industry is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?36,000.00 per month
