We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Inside Sales Executive
to join our team. This role involves handling client inquiries, explaining services, maintaining accurate records, and efficiently managing appointments and follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and convince client calls professionally and effectively.
Brief clients clearly about the company's services.
Maintain and update detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
Coordinate between therapists and clients for smooth service delivery.
Handle client queries and objections confidently.
Schedule appointments and manage timely follow-ups.
Address client concerns and provide accurate service-related information.
Handle monetary transactions accurately and maintain proper records.
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate or Masters
Females are preferred
Minimum 1
years of experience
in a client-facing or sales role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong ability to manage schedules and multitask effectively
Work Timings:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

In HSR layout, Bangalore close to office.

Salary:
?20,000 - ?35,000 (based on experience and interview performance)
