SimpliAxis is seeking an Inside Sales Executive & Manager for Indian region professional to join our growing sales team for enterprise business. A successful member of our team is

The Inside Sales Manager position drives the growth of our sales pipeline from lead
generation to closure. The position is responsible for engaging prospective customers,
building a network of partners, handling all inbound inquiries generated from Marketing
activities, and running outbound account growth efforts. Being part of a fast-growing business, this role offers exciting learning and growth opportunities for sales professionals.
Roles & Responsibilities
:
Drives business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow accounts in the North American APAC and Indian market through B2C & B2B sales.
Achieving exceptional conversion on leads coming from marketing and lead-gen efforts
Focus on existing large accounts and expand them with a focus on recurring revenue streams.
Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion, and revenue consistently
Work very closely with teams such as leadership development, customer success,
marketing, and product to achieve results
Leverage sales tools available to drive efficiency
Strong adherence to the sales process and CRM usage
Skills Required:
Over 6 months of international sales experience required with product-based companies
0 to 8 years Experience (Experience in EdTech companies is highly preferred)
Excellent communication & convincing skills
High energy level, fast-paced personality
Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement
Must be tech-savvy. Should have above-average computer and technical skills
Experience in using Salesforce for managing the sales process is a great plus!
Bachelor's/Master's degree from premium institutes desirable
