Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident, result-driven, and proactive Sales Executive with 0 - 2 years of experience to join our sales team. Key Responsibilities:

? Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking.

? Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

? Understand client needs and offer tailored product or service solutions.

? Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.

? Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

? Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

? Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.

? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

? Attend industry events, exhibitions, or client meetings as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

? Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or related fields preferred)

? 0 - 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing

? Strong communication and negotiation skills

? Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented

? Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

? Knowledge of the industry or product is a plus
