Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident, result-driven, and proactive Sales Executive with 0 - 2 years of experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in sales strategies, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:


Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking.


Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.


Understand client needs and offer tailored product or service solutions.


Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.


Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.


Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.


Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.


Attend industry events, exhibitions, or client meetings as needed.

Candidate Requirements:


Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or related fields preferred)


0 - 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing


Strong communication and negotiation skills


Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented


Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools


Knowledge of the industry or product is a plus
