Daily Tasks
Log in to CRM / Sales software and check pending tasks and follow-ups.
Make outbound calls to leads (cold/warm).
Respond to inbound inquiries (phone/email/website).
Qualify leads using predefined criteria.
Update CRM with call details, lead status, and follow-up schedule.
Share product/service brochures, quotations, and proposals.
Coordinate with the field sales team for meetings or closures.
Attend morning huddles / team calls (if scheduled).
Weekly Tasks
Plan weekly outreach targets (calls, emails, demos).
Attend internal sales meetings and training sessions.
Share weekly lead conversion report to manager.
Collaborate with marketing for updated campaign leads.
Clean and validate the lead database.
Monthly Tasks
Submit monthly sales and lead funnel report.
Review performance with the Sales Manager.
Suggest improvements for call scripts / lead quality.
Participate in monthly sales contests or incentive programs.
