We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and maintaining strong customer engagement. Success in this role requires excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through inbound calls, outbound cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
Drive student admissions by understanding their requirements and recommending appropriate educational programs.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, admission goals, and conversion quotas on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Effectively manage the full sales cycle - from lead nurturing and product pitching to follow-ups and closing deals.
Conduct student and parent counseling via phone, video calls, or in-person meetings to guide them through program selection.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless enrollment, follow-up communications, and lead status tracking in the CRM.
Maintain a well-organized pipeline and use CRM tools to track lead progress, conversions, and engagement history.
Requirements & Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents.
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, education sales, or a similar target-driven environment.
Ability to handle objections, conduct need-based selling, and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) for lead management.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi is essential.
Willingness to learn about new courses, features, and market trends in the EdTech domain.
