Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - Interiors

Location: Lalbagh, Bangalore

Department: Sales / Business Development

Reports to: Business Development Head

Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our Interiors division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, generating leads, converting prospects, and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry to final sale. A passion for interior design and customer service excellence is key.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Understand client requirements related to interior design and space planning.

Provide detailed product and service information to potential clients.

Generate leads through cold calling, database mining, and online platforms.

Schedule meetings/consultations for the design team with qualified leads.

Follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve targets.

Maintain the CRM system with accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.

Coordinate with the design, project, and execution teams for client handover and progress tracking.

Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.

2-5 years of inside sales or customer-facing experience; experience in the interiors or real estate industry is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently or in a team.

A basic understanding of interior design concepts is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
