We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help us connect with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Client Interaction:
Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, present our services, and schedule meetings.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a thorough understanding of Ciara Homes' offerings and effectively communicate them to prospective clients.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and progress.
Follow-Up:
Conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into customers.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment in meeting client needs.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
