Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients
Explain property/project details and benefits effectively
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into site visits and sales
Coordinate with the field sales team for client meetings and visits
Maintain updated records in CRM and follow up with clients regularly
Build strong rapport with customers and ensure a smooth experience
Candidate Requirements:
Female candidates only
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or real estate (preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
Good with CRM tools, email, and WhatsApp-based communication
