female Inside Sales Executives

who can connect with potential buyers, understand their property requirements, and guide them toward the right options. This is a voice-based, office-oriented role with a strong focus on lead follow-ups and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients Explain property/project details and benefits effectively Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into site visits and sales Coordinate with the field sales team for client meetings and visits Maintain updated records in CRM and follow up with clients regularly Build strong rapport with customers and ensure a smooth experience

Candidate Requirements:



Female candidates only 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or real estate (preferred) Strong verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus) Good with CRM tools, email, and WhatsApp-based communication Professional, motivated, and target-driven
