Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups
Maintain and update customer data in CRM or sales records
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with field sales and support teams when required
Prepare sales reports and track customer interactions
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product information
